Essential return conditions
Essential return conditions
- Returned products must be in the same condition as at the time of sale (i.e., they must not be dirty, dusty, smelly, or have had their protective film removed) and must include all original accessories and documentation.
- The original inner and outer packaging must not be damaged (except for normal opening required to access the product) or discarded.
- Serial numbers (both for hardware and any bundled software) must not be registered. If you have registered them, please contact the manufacturer’s support to inquire about the possibility of deregistration.
- Make sure you have your order number - you are going to need it when you register a return.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How to pack product for transportation?
How to pack product for transportation?
Packing the product for safe transportation is customer's responsibility.
If you received the product from us in the manufacturer's original outer cardboard packaging, you can return it in the same packaging (this usually applies to larger items, such as studio monitors, subwoofers, longer MIDI keyboards, turntables, large synthesizers, etc.).
If you received the product packaged in a separate cardboard box or wrapped in film, please return it in the same way — either using a cardboard box or film (you are also welcome to get creative - the packaging doesn’t have to look pretty, but the product must be packed securely).
Under no circumstances should you transport products with the return label stuck directly onto the original inner packaging — this is considered damage to the original packaging, and we will not remove the labels ourselves. Products returned in this way will be sent back to you.
When can I expect a refund?

- Cartridges, styluses, and cables, unless it is clearly evident that the packaging has not been opened
- Software
- Gift cards
- Vinyl records
Can I return a product that requires warranty service?
Can I return a product that requires warranty service?
If you wish to return a product within 30 days because it is not working or is not functioning properly, it is generally possible, but a warranty case must first be registered here.
This is because, from a distance (while the product is still with you), we cannot confirm a defect or malfunction. Once we receive the product, we must wait for an authorized service center’s assessment - a confirmation that the product is not working/functioning incorrectly, and that the issue is not due to customer misuse.
If the service center confirms the defect or malfunction, we will then either replace the product with a new one or issue a refund (each case is evaluated individually).

The product warranty and return policy is prepared in accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods" approved by the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001, and the "Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded Using Means of Communication" approved by the Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy on August 17, 2001. Almost all of the products we sell fall under the category of sound recording and playback devices – the buyer’s request to exchange such products for identical ones or to receive a refund is carried out only with the seller’s consent.
