Behringer started in 1989 because Uli Behringer wanted to become a sound engineer but could not afford good equipment. Now Behringer is a manufacturer of a wide range of professional audio equipment such as mixing console, compressor, and guitar amplifiers, they also produce many of their own internal components. Company's mission and philosophy is to provide professional products at prices every musician could afford.
